2kg: 30 - 40g; 3kg: 35 - 50g; 4kg: 45 - 65g; 5kg: 55- 75g; 6kg: 65 - 80g. 7kg+ 10 - 12g per kg. Guidelines only: adjust values to maintain optimal body weight.
