PURINA® PROPLAN® VETERINARY DIETS Feline NF Renal Function is a tasty complete veterinary diet for cats with chronic kidney disease. PPVD NF contains restricted amounts of phosphorus as this mineral can build up in kidney patients and has been shown to contribute to progression of the disease. It also contains limited amounts of high quality protein to help reduce the build-up of toxins which make patients feel unwell, while helping to maintain muscle mass. Omega-3 fatty acids also help to maximise the natural anti-inflammatory processes and reduce blood pressure inside the kidney.
Note that PPVD NF is not suitable for cats that require a high protein or phosphorus intake such as pregnant queens and growing kittens.
Low level of phosphorus to help slow down the progression of kidney disease, Restricted but high quality proteins to help minimise loss of muscle and reduce the build-up of toxins in the body, Great taste to satisfy kidney patients with reduced appetite, With St/Ox to help support urinary health in cats which may be susceptible to urinary conditions
Please note that all indications for PURINA® PRO PLAN® VETERINARY DIETS mentioned in this leaflet/brochure/page are for the dietary support of cats and dogs with the listed conditions and do not preclude appropriate medical management. The veterinary diets should be used under veterinary supervision.
